Conditions of Hire & Use

We expect you to follow normal naturist hygiene etiquette by providing and using your own towel/tee-shirt, etc to sit on when nude (please also note that beach/sun lounger towels are not provided - but all other towels, linen, etc, are).

The apartment is strictly non smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.

We cannot be held responsible for things outside of our control (loss of an advertised amenity, for example).

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal effects or for personal accident or injury, however caused, to your party or your visitors**.

We reserve the right to retain the deposit sent if you cancel with less than eight weeks' notice, and the whole amount if you cancel with less than four weeks notice and we are unable to re-let the apartment - but we are considerate to the circumstances causing the cancellation **.

**We advise you to take out travel insurance which covers the above conditions.
